 We went back to the garden for our mystery seeds this week.

They are often right out where you can see them.

Anyone recognize these seeds?

 Probably not too many people grow our featured plant this week from seed.

They are missing out, because the lovely seeds are covered with variable patterns of flecks and subtle stripes.

Big hint:  these are not sunflower seeds. We eat the bud of the plant, not the seeds.
